Shipping Information

Alcohol based Firn products cannot not be shipped overseas. Unfortunately, this means that if you do not live in the contiguous North American continent, I am unable to sell and ship EDTs and EDPs to you. However, fractionated coconut oil-based fragrances are available which can be shipped internationally.

2-day shipping costs approximately $8.00 per 1-ounce bottle to send via USPS Ground. If you would like to expedite the process for an additional cost, please send an email to FirnFrag@gmail.com, or mention this in the "Notes / Additional Information" section at the time of checkout.

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


Because they are a personal hygiene product, I do not offer returns on fragrances. If you're like me and have commitment issues, sample size "trial vials" are available for purchase.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are assembled one at a time, by me, in my home studio. They are dispatched within five business days unless I am away. I will communicate any delay to you regarding your order by email. Providing a phone number at checkout is recommended; phone numbers will NOT be used for marketing purposes, or shared with anyone else.

A flat rate of $8 is applied to each order, regardless of number/weight of items and destination.
