Cayuse, Umatilla and Walla Walla; Kalapuya; Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde; Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians
These populations were forcefully removed from their homes. You can learn more about the original peoples of this land through books like this one, published by OSU Press. This website provided by Pacific University Libraries provides a comprehensive timeline of historical events on this subject.
